Below are just several examples of the diverse range of commissions undertaken by atlas.
Atlas was appointed to undertake the Procurement of the major M&E packages for the 1st Phase of this project. This was done whilst the design was in production and required Atlas to find innovative ways to procure the works and manage the risk associated with these innovative and alternative methods.
Atlas was instrumental in structuring supply agreements between the various tiers of Contractor and suppliers to ensure a consistent approach and to consider the demands that would be made through the Supply chain. We were instrumental in ensuring that competitors within the Supply chain committed to working within the team to service the delivery needs of Atlas’ Client.

Atlas was appointed to undertake the development of its Clients high level Cost Plan; procurement, and Commercial management (through to Final account) of all of M&E packages.
The projects consisted of the construction of 32 No separate Buildings including Living accommodation and Engineering workshops with up to 20 New buildings being constructed simultaneously. Again through an efficient approach and with an understanding of the local market gained through research all programme dates for order placement were achieved an all accounts were resolved in an amicable manner. These works were governed under a Prime Contract operating a MPTC mechanism.

Atlas was called upon by a specialist Sub-contractor to resolve what had become a contentious account with a Principal Contractor on a prestigious hotel refurbishment project. We endeavoured to resolve the account amicably on behalf of our Client, however this was one of these Contracts where there was no real alternative than to have the dispute resolved by a third party. Atlas prepared the Referral and successfully prosecuted the Adjudication before a distinguished adjudicator, without any counsel or legal representation. This benefitted our Client by keeping the cost of the procedure low. Our Client was very satisfied with the outcome to what had been an acrimonious account prior to our involvement.

Having undertaken numerous projects in both Northern Ireland and Ireland itself, Atlas was commissioned by the Contractor, in partnership with a Developer to construct 186 affordable houses in Dublin. Our engagement involved complete commercial management from detailed cost planning, drafting Partnership Agreements, Consultancy Agreements and procuring all Sub-contract Packages in addition to cost reporting and change control. Atlas also produced a small contractual claim for Extension of Time for the contractor based on a delay to the works caused by local authority works falling behind critical completion dates. The Final Account was resolved amicably and the project was completed within budget.

Atlas was appointed to undertake the development of its Clients high level Cost Plan; procurement, and Commercial management (through to Final account) of all of M&E packages as well as the negotiation and conclusion of Design and Interface Agreements.
Several projects were running simultaneously and through efficient approach and with an understanding of the local market gained through research all programme dates for order placement were achieved. Atlas has been retained by its Client throughout the various “Waves” of this programme to provide this service.
Atlas was also engaged to provide lead Commercial advice to secure the Financial Close of the Academies also built under this programme.

Having been successful in the commercial management of the prestigious Emirates Stadium on their behalf, Atlas was re-engaged by a specialist Sub-contractor to produce a multi-million pound claim for prolongation and disruption. We advised our Client of the most effective strategy to ensure they were adequately compensated for the losses they had sustained under particularly onerous contract conditions. We were instrumental in the success of two prompt Adjudications which immediately alleviated a significant amount of financial pressure or our Client. Atlas continued to manage the commercial aspects of the project and produced claims and witness evidence for Adjudication and the High Court.
